I’m going to be honest, I’m more interested in eating dirty than clean eating. My best friend is a health nut. She has become a part time fitness coach and knows that I want to be healthy but I struggle to stay on track with my schedule and general lack of motivation. So I looked into healthy crock pot recipes that I can throw before I leave for work, and will be ready when I get home. Here is a list of crock pot recipes, I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Wraps.

If you haven’t heard yet, Google has finally released a photo app that is available on iOS….Google Photos. Google Photos also has a web based version. I use Google Picasa to edit and organize my pictures and often wish I had a way to access them on my phone. The app is so great. It automatically creates stories and animations. You can also make your own. The coolest part is the smart search function, you can type what is IN the photo and it will pull up any picture with that item in the picture. For example, typing in food will pull up any pictures you’ve taken of food. If you are looking for other possible organization apps here is a good list that covers the pros and cons of some of the more popular apps.

Something I always love to read is a list of books that will change my life! I’m really looking forward to picking up a couple of these books.

Have you listened to Kaptan yet? No? Then you need to! Kaptan is a new project of Andrew de Torres, who is in Prince of Spain and The Scene Aesthetic. His new endeavor is the perfect start to summer. It is dance-y and the perfect soundtrack for summer. I’ve been a huge fan of Andrew for years now. He is one of the hardest working musicians I know, and his talent is unbelievable. I’ve been looking forward to new music from him and I am so excited to have something to listen to! The single, Anywhere We Go, was released this week and I cannot wait to hear more!

I’m headed back to Pennsylvania for the weekend to celebrate my younger sister’s graduation. I’ll only be gone for three days but it’s a whole list of things that had to be done before I left and trying to pack was particularly hard. Something that I typically work off of is this packing list. It helps to remind me of the kind of things that I need and how best to utilize the space in my little suitcase. Even though I know I will only wear one or two pairs of shoes, I still bring 5 or 6 pairs, because what if I want to wear something else?
