Typically, I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions, but this year I decided to change that. I have problems with work/life balance and focusing on myself so I want to find a way to find that balance. I’m not focusing on a specific amount of weight I want to lose. Instead, I’m focusing on making a lifestyle change. I think all of us want to live a happier, fuller life and I’m about to make that happen this year. So bring it on 2016, I’m ready for ya!
